Hi, I’m Kristin — an Icelandic woman living in Marnardal, Norway.

I grew up by the sea in Iceland, surrounded by nature and a love for exploring the world through a camera lens.

Today, I live close to nature with my husband and our cats, and I find inspiration in everyday life here at “Nesan in Marnardal”.

Photography has been my passion since 2007, and although I no longer do portrait work, I still love capturing light, color, and quiet moments — turning them into digital art or printed posters that bring joy to homes and screens alike.

I also enjoy writing and sharing stories on my blog, reflecting on life, travels, and little moments that make everyday life special. Creating art and sharing it with others gives me a deep sense of fulfillment, and I love seeing how my work connects with people in Norway, Iceland, and beyond.

My goal is simple: to bring color, calm, and inspiration into people’s lives — through my art, through my lens, and through the stories I tell.
